We invite you to join this two-part workshop to discuss community care with Filipinas of HamOnt and Workers Art and Heritage Centre.

This event is open to all Filipino/a/x plus children in Hamilton, Ontario.

What to expect:

• Tour of the Workers Art and Heritage Centre

• Learn about the history of Filipino labour in Hamilton

• Art workshop led by Sylvia Nickerson. This will be a participatory workshop where we reflect on our own experiences and perspectives on community care.

• Children specific programming, including Filipino art and games, that will be separate from adults, led by Julia.
